Jacob Montano
Commercial Real Estate Title Examiner
Jacob received both his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Juris Doctor from Georgia State University. During law school, Jacob interned with both the Honorable Dax Lopez and with the Dekalb County Public Defender’s Office.
Prior to joining Bold Examinations, Jacob practiced both criminal law and creditor’s rights law in South Georgia. Jacob also spent several years as a high school educator, which he fondly remembers as some of the most rewarding years of his professional life.
He has been a Commercial Title Examiner with Bold Examinations since 2022 and enjoys solving the puzzle presented by each title examination. He currently resides in Newnan with his wife, Chappell, and his daughter, Francesca. Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys live music, traveling, and Atlanta sports.
